This quick and easy survey is to find out what 11-18 year olds think about sex and relationships education and sexual health/contraceptive services.</p> <p>We want your thoughts and ideas to help improve services and education for you and other young people.</p> <p>The survey will take around 5 minutes and all your answers will be completely anonymous.
