When people hear the words mental health they usually start to think about mental illness.
There are a many types of mental health problems such as stress, depression, suicidal thoughts etc and there are loads of reasons why – family, college work, exams, love life but you can find ways of dealing with it.
It’s not unusual to need help to make sense of your feelings.
There are plenty of ways to maintain your mental health or to help yourself feel better including making sure you take time to do things you really enjoy, look after your body, eat well and exercise – it really helps your state of mind.

CyberMentors is all about young people helping and supporting each other online.
