Read each question & answer each one as truthfully as you can. - 20+ Indicates Possible Dependence
The more a person drinks; the greater the risks of experiencing physical or mental health problems, and have a higher risk of becoming alcohol dependent.

Hazardous drinking is defined as drinking more than the sensible drinking levels but without having experienced any alcohol-related harm yet, identified by those drinking between 22-50 units per week for men & 15-35 units of alcohol per week for women.
Harmful drinking is more than the sensible drinking levels & already experiencing some alcohol-related harm – physical, psychological or social. Those men drinking in excess of 50 units per week & for women 35 units per week.
Binge drinking is defined as drinking large amounts of alcohol in a relatively short space of time with the sole purpose of getting drunk. For males this is defined as 8 or more units in one session and for women 6 or more units.
